Review drawings, specifications, BIM execution plans, schedules and deliverable requirements.
Confirm project scope, standards, milestones, communication channels and responsibilities.
Develop project models and drawings according to agreed requirements.
Perform independent model and drawing reviews before anything goes out.
Manage comments, RFIs, markups and project coordination throughout production.
Issue approved drawings and models, along with required fabrication or construction files.
Quality Assurance
Geometry and modeling standards are reviewed against project requirements.
Dimensions, member information, connections, notes and fabrication information are checked.
Interfaces with other disciplines are evaluated for conflicts.
Design revisions and client comments are tracked systematically.
Deliverables are reviewed before issue to the project team.
Zinocon Engineering does not currently hold third-party quality certifications; QA/QC is enforced through this internal, multi-stage review process on every project.
